This project will renovate approximately 6000 SF of space of the first floorin Building 500 for ambulatory care. The renovated space is currently occupied by the ER which will vacate upon completion of existing project #613-059, Expand Ambulatory Care. Work includes architectural, mechanical modifications and major changes in the functional layout of the area. Construction cost range is $500,000 - $1,000,000 (SIC Code 8712). Selection will be made by the evaluation board following those factors set forth on VA Form 08-3375 Architectural/Engineering Evaluation Board - Evaluation Criteria & Scoring (available upon request by the CO).
