Z -- INTERIOR ALTERATIONS OF BUILDING 445 SOL N47408-96-Q-5504 DUE 110995 POC Purchasing Agent, Maggie Evangelista, 805-982-2142 The work includes providing all labor, materials, transportation, tools, equipment, supervision and management need to accomplish the following: (a) remove temporary and permanent partition walls, and in-wall electrical; (b) install permanent partition walls, doors and frames; (c) install new in-wall wiring, outlets, switches, includes installation of additional fluorescent lights; (d) alter existing permanent walls and provide doors and frames; (e) install suspended ceilings with lights for the greater affected area and repair of existing ceilings; (f) finishing and painting of installed materials and affected areas; (g) incidental tasking in conjunction with the major work; and (h) in those areas of the building, such as the northern corridor, still occupied by office personnel during alterations, the contractor shall be required to perform work on other than standard hours.
