The contractor shall furnish all project management, planning and estimating, labor transportation, material, equipment, tools, and supervision necessary to fulfill the requirements of the specification. Performance period is for 12 months. The Standard Industrial Code (SIC) for this project is 1541. The related Small Business Size Standards is $17.0 million annual receipts for the preceding three fiscal years.
