Work consists of furnishing all plant, labor, materials, equipment, supplies, services and supervision necessary for minor construction of restrooms, entrance foyer, loading dock and new screen wall. Repair work consists of new windows, rework drainage, provide a parking space in front of building, add minor landscaping, construct standing seam meta roof, construct brick veneer exterior wall, replace carpet and repair or replace air ducts. This project is unrestricted but may be considered for 100 percent set-aside for small disadvantaged business (SDB) concerns. Interested SDB concerns should, as early as possible but not later than 15 days of this notice, indicate interest in the acquisition by providing to the contracting office evidence of capability to perform and a positive statement of eligibility as a socially and economically disadvantaged business concern.
