Ceil- ing insulation to be repaired approximately: 50 Sq. Ft. Ceiling insulation to be sealed approximatley: 29,500 Sq. Ft. Color: White. Contract is to include, but not limited to the following: all mobilization and stocking of materials and equipment. Mask off adjacent surfaces and piping in the work area to ensure that overspray is not present on these surfaces upon completion. Remove bird nests and patch holes in existing spray insulation. Install a full coverage thickness of Pro-Teck (or equal) coating to completely seal the exposed surface of the spray insulation. This thickness shall not be less than 18-22 mils when cured, de- pendent upon the surface irregularity and density of the existing surface. All clean-up and detailing, to include removal of all debris generated by this contract. Spray applied cellulose in- sulation shall be K-13 manufactured by International Cellulose Corporation and shall conform to ASTM E1042, Type II or an ap- proved equal. Composition of the cellulose insulation shall be asbestos-free (0289)
