Solicitation is for a stabilization project on the Department of Energy's Savannah River Site (SRS), near Aiken, SC. The work shall consist of mechanically stabilizing approximately 1 acre to minimize soil erosion and sediment production. The work shall include the following: grading and shaping two channels, removing and replacing the riser pipe outlet for a small sediment basin, and stockpiling and installing riprap. SRS is a restricted access Government facility and all persons entering SRS must be U.S. citizens. This is a 100 percent Small Business Set-Aside procurement. (289)
