Estimated Cost Range: $500,000- $1,000,000. Time for completion: 410 calendar days after receipt of notice to proceed. No document charge or deposit is required. Base bid work includes, but is not limited to: renovate four (4) electric traction geared elevators, including renovation of existing hoisting machine, car structure, hoistway components, drive motor converters, microprocessor computer-based control system, operation fixtures, and Interim Maintenance and Main- tenance during the 12-month guarantee period. Phased work is required. Options include: (1) Remove miscellaneous items and patch holes; refinish car doors and hoistway doors. (2) Prepare passenger elevators to accept surveillance cameras. (3) Prepare freight elevator to accept surveillance camera. (4) The entire work of the freight elevator. In addition to the maintenance requirements above, a Service Maintenance Base Period of 3 years will be awarded, with two (2) 3-year options.
