A Request for Proposal (RFP3-028062) will be issued on a sole-source basis to Aerometrics, Inc. for the purchase of a 2D PDPA upgrade. The 2D RSA PDPA will replace the current 2D Counter PDPA system at NASA LeRC and is compatible with the experimental facility currently in use. The upgrade was manufactured as a direct replacement of the current system which will be traded in as part of the upgrade. Portions of the current system will be modified and reused as part of the upgrade. This notice is for information only. Justification to permit contracting with Aerometrics, Inc. has been prepared using citation 10 USC 2304(c)(1), only one responsible source, as its authority. All interested parties may submit information for evaluation of their capabilities to the above named individual prior to the closing date of this synopsis.
