The Federal Prison Camp, Bryan, Texas plans to issue a Request for Quotes (RFQ) for obtaining the services of an Islamic organization to provide inmates housed at the above referenced facility with Islamic religious instruction. One award will be made utilizing Simlified Acquisition Procedures. This action will be 100% set aside for small business. The base period performance will be from approximately 11-16-95 thru 09-30-96 with four subsequent option years to follow, if exercised. The RFQ will be issued approximately 10-30-95, with offers due on 11-10-95. The total time allotment will not exceed two hours per week plus two special observences during the year.
