Provide all labor, material and equipmnet necesssary for the Design, Fabrication and Installation of Vent Closure Fittings for a USCG 110 Foot Patrol Boat Fleet. The work which may be performed includes but may not be limited to the following minimum items: 1. design two new intake fittings with manually operated, adjustable louvers 2. after Coast Guard approval, fabricate and install new fittings on the Peerless engine room supply inlets as specified. 3. provide as-built drawings. Installation will be performed on the Patrol boat homepiered closest to the contractor's location. The proposed contract will also contain indefinte items including, but not limited to: 1. Upon complettion and approval of prototype installation, fabricate and deliver forty-eight (48) additional shipsets to outfit the 110 Patrol Boat fleet.--Award is scheduled for 05 January 1996--The proposed contract listed here is open to small business only--Plans and specification will be issued on or after 03 November 1995--All responsible sources may submit a bid which shall be considered by the U.S. Coast Guard.
