The Naval Research Laboratory has a requirement for engineering and technical services. The tasks to be supported consist of Temporal and Density Studies of Missiles and Target Vessels, Surface Vessels Interaction During Conflict, Electronic Warfare Analysis, and Program Management Support. The tasking concentrates specifically on system research and development, and test and evaluation of the interactions and relationships of platforms, weapons, and electronic systems. A detailed statement of work will be issued with the Solicitation. The period of performance will be for a Base Year with four (4) option periods of 12 months each.
