The Bi-State Development Agency of the Missouri-Illinois Metropolitan Area (Agency) is hereby soliciting Proposals to provide the technical design resources to successfully complete preliminary engineering, final engineering and services during construction necessary to complete the St. Clair County light rail extension. The successful proposer, called the Section II Facility Designer will be responsible for the architectural, landscape architectural, civil, structural, mechanical, electrical and plumbing design of approximately 12 miles of the alignment. Section II of the alignment extends from the junction of the CSX Railroad and Highway 159 in the Swansea Illinois area to the Mid-America Airport.
