Carter, 907/753-2551 Description of work to be performed: Construct a U.S. Army Reserve Center that consists of approximately 17,000 SF for training, 2000 SF for maintenance and 400 SF of unheated storage. The training area consists of space for training, administration, storage and equipment, and includes space for classrooms, library reading room, learning center, physical examination area, kitchen and an assembly hall. The maintenance area includes service bays used for both maintenance training and operations. Site work for the project includes all required utilities, paving, exterior lighting, site improvements, and telecommunication. Range: $1,000,000 to $5,000,000--FFP--300 days completion time--Plans & spec fee: $86.00--SIC Code 1542.
