58 -- TELECOMMUNICATIONS EQUIPMENT - PBX SYSTEM Sol 9604.434, POC Fax to Jan Neilson 202/260-7869. DynCorp Engineering & Information Technologies (I&ET), under contract to the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), contract no. 68-W2-0013, intends to subcontract the design, provision, installation, testing, training, documentation and support of a state-of-the-art digital PBX for the EPA Region 3 Office located in Philadelphia, PA. The PBX will be initially designed to support 1,280 digital stations and 224 analog ports, but should be wired and configured for up to a minimum of 2,000 stations. DynCorp anticipates a second quarter FY96 award of a Firm-Fixed Price contract for these supplies and services. The anticipated RFP release date is January 15, 1996. All offerors must be authorized to distribute, support, and have certified personnel for the system which they propose to supply. Attendance at a pre-proposal conference on site in Philadelphia, PA will be required. All details, specifications, and terms and conditions will be provided in the solicitation.
