The Defense Personnel Support Center (DPSC-PB), Phila., PA anticipates purchasing services to perform an on-site study at the DPSC located in Phila., PA. Presently, an under ground petroleum plume exists which covers approximately 54 acres and consists of a gasoline/diesel fuel mixture ranging from 2:1 to 3:1 covering the southern half of the depot. The reason for the study is to determine if the plume could cause or has the capability of causing safety or health problems to DPSC employees. Work shall be performed in accordance with a prepared statement of work.
