The intent is to negotiate a contract with one (1) base year and four (4) one year options. The requirement is for approximately 700 - 1,000 subscriptions. This procurement is unrestricted. A competitive soliciation will be issued and the statement of work will be included. All interested parties shall submit a proposal meeting the requirements of the solicitation.
