Lanier. Services: Furnish all parts, labor, materials, and equipment to perform per call maintenance on VHF/UHF radio systems and associated equipment. Equipment types will be listed in the solicitation. Quantities of each type are subject to change. Work to be performed: (A) Remedial maintenance and repair service for each system. Work will be performed when requested by the government. (B) Provide repair parts as required to place systems in full operational condition. (C) Provide installation of new radio equipment. (D) Provide programming of new equipment or reprogramming of existing equipment. Repair Service: The contractor shall provide a 24 hour service telephone number. Repairs will be classified as either routine or emergency. Response to emergency repair shall be within two hours between 0800 and 1700 hours Monday-Friday, and within four hours between 1700 and 0800 hours Monday-Friday, weekends, and Federal holidays. Response requirements shall be met by qualified service technician equipped with the requisite tools and equipment. Bid opening date listed is approximate and is subject to change based on solicitation issue date. Performance time is Base Period with two (2) Option Years. SIC code is 7622, and the size standard for a small business, including its affiliates is not in excess of $3.5 million in average sales or receipts for the preceeding three years.
