The Contractor shall provide maintenance (labor and parts) to keep the equipment in good operating condition. Maintenance personnel shall contact the installation site within two (2) hours after notification by the Government that service is required, and arrive at the Government's installation site within three (3) hours after notifications that service is required. The central maintenance service site is at the office of the United States Property and Fiscal Officer for Iowa, Camp Dodge, Building W-41, 7700 N.W. Beaver Drive, Johnston, Iowa 50131-1902. The period of performance is 1 February 1996 to 30 September 1996 to 30 September 1996, with options to renew 1 October 1996 to 30 September 1997, 1 October 1997 to 30 September 1998, 1 October 1998 to 30 September 1999, 1 October 1999 to 30 September 2000. Principal period of maintenance shall be 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, excluding recognized holidays. After hour rates will be an optional quote.
