Phipps, 804/441-6580 The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration, National Marine Fisheries Service, Northeast Fisheries Science Center, Woods Hole, Massachusetts has a requirement for the labor and material necessary to provide full scientific editorial review for all manuscripts, papers and reports submitted by independent authors to the Fishery Bulletin as well as several NOAA Technical Report series, following the guidance established by the NOAA, National Marine Fisheries Service, Policies on Scientific and Technical Publications. Papers will come from a wide range of disciplines, including: Biochemistry, Ecology, Genetics, Pathology, Physiology, Population Dynamics and Modeling and Fisheries Taxonomy and Systematics. The period of performance is from January 1, 1996 through December 31, 1996 with two (2) one-year options.
