Herting, 202/326-4160 The Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation seeks to increase the maximum hours under a current contract for the remainder of the contract. These services include technical support in the areas of: administration of pension plans and participants; administration and tracking of requests for modification to PBGC systems; programming; design, analysis and maintenance of PBGC LANs. This is a continuation of work already undertaken by the existing provider. In view of the provider's familiarity with the complexities of PBGC benefits administration, custom service support, requirements to control and track change requests, and information management networking needs, it is PBGC's belief that the provider is uniquely qualified to perform the duties of the contract without an undue amount of assistance from the PBGC.
