58 -- ANTENNAS FOR DETECTING MAGNETIC & ELECTRIC FIELDS SOL N66604-96-Q-A462 DUE 122195 POC Contact William Hurley, Contracting Officer at (401) 841-2442 X298 FAX: (401) 841-4820 The Naval Undersea Warfare Center anticipates purchasing on a Firm Fixed Price basis, one (1) Active Rod Antenna, E-Field 1K - 30MHz, model 3301B; two (2) Highfield Biconical 20M - 300MHz, model 3109; two (2) Log Periodic antenna, 100M - 1GHz, model 3144; two (2) Horn Antenna 1G - 18GHz, model 3115 and two (2) Horn antenna 18G - 40 GHz, model 3116. The items are required 60 days after contract award and shall be delivered FOB destination at the New London Connecticut laboratory. The Government intends to acquire these items on a sole source basis from EMCO, The Electro-Mechanics Company, P.O. Box 1546, Austin, TX 78767. These items will be acquired from EMCO to ensure compatibility with existing EMC/EMI test equipment. This acquisition is being processed using Simplified Acquisition Procedures; an oral quotation will be solicited. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered.
