BISSONNETTE 601/377-3130 The 81st Contracting Squadron located at Keesler AFB, MS has a requirement for two (2) each Ruggedized Microprocessor Instrument Controllers. A firm fixed price purchase order will be issued. Request for written quotation will be issue 04 Dec 95 and will include specifications for a portable, ruggedized, EMI shielded, microprocessor based instrument (test equipment) controller. The architecture shall conform to accepted industry standards for Intel 80XXX series microprocessors and include two or more available ISA or ISA/PCI full size bus expansion slot. The device will be used to control electronic test equipment via an included IEEE-488.I/IEEE-488.2 general purpose interface. The hardware, operating system(s) and interface devices must be fully capable of running control software written in Turbo Basic (Borland), Power Basic (Spectrum), Visual Basic (Microsoft), and V-Test (Hewlett Packard). This item will be used to collect low-level radio frequency (RF) environmental data in adverse outdoor conditions. It must be ruggedized and must meet stringent electromagnetic interference (EMI) standards. FOB destination to Keesler AFB, MS. Delivery 60 days after date of purchase order. No telephone requests.
