Hazardous/Nonhazardous waste disposal services for Puget Sound Naval Shipyard shall consist of inventory, analysis, removal, transportation, treatment, storage, and disposal/recycling of hazardous/nonhazardous industrial wastes from the Puget Sound Naval Shipyard and off-station sites including East Park, various offices/shops located in the City of Bremerton, Jackson Park, Camp McKean, and Olympic Industrial Park, all located within a ten-mile radius of the Farragut Avenue Gate, Puget Sound Naval Shipyard. The services shall be performed in accordance with all applicable Federal, State, and local regulations. This solicitation is unrestricted. This is a requirements type contract for a base year and two option years. The anticipated initial performance year is 20 May 1996 to and including 19 May 1997. Initial award will be for the base year only. This procurement is being solicited as a competitive negotiation under Source Selection Procedures. The evaluation factors are technical and price. The significant technical elements include Experience and Past Performance, Technical Approach, Method of Operation, and Proposed Organization.
