The project consists of furnishing all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to renovate restrooms to comply with ADA and USPS handicap accessibility requirements. Work includes, but is not limited to, rearrangement of walls, toilet partitions, plumbing fixtures, doorways, etc., as further defined in the plans and specifications. The estimated cost range is between $210,000 and $245,000, with a construction completion date of 270 calendar days after receipt of Notice to Proceed. An informal job walk/through is scheduled for 10 a.m., Wednesday, December 6, 1995, at 7415 Commonwealth Avenue, Jacksonville. Due to security, meet in lobby at 10:30 a.m., then proceed to Conference Room. Site visitation is not mandatory but encouraged.
