The project consists of furnishing manpower, labor, equipment, materials, supplies, and supervision required for Exterior Window System Replacement at the Bulk Mail Center, 7415 Commonwealth Avenue, Jacksonville, FL 32099-9998. The work includes but is not limited to the removal of the existing window system to include head flashing, sealant, and all associated framing, removal of existing vertical window blind system, removal of existing metal panel doors, and installation of new anodized aluminum fixed glass window system and associated work as further defined in the United States Postal Service plans and specifications. The estimated cost range is between $140,000.00 and $180,000.00.
