of a replacement Nurse Call System with a minimum one-for-one
functional unit replacement of the existing Nurse Call System;
provision of new corridor zone lights; and replacement of and provision
of additional code blue signal lights; furnishing and installation of
a replacement Nurse Call System using all new components and wiring,
but using existing raceway and conduit system. An inventory of the
existing system is attached as Appendix ''A'' to these specifications;
and other related work as described in project specifications.
Contractor will be required to submit both technical and price
proposals. The following technical criteria will be required: (1)
Technical Approach; (2) Relevant Experience; (3) Staffing; (4)
Scheduling; and Past Performance. The Estimated Cost Range is between
$500,000 and $1,000,000. The Standard Industrial Code is 1731. The
related Small Business Size Standard is $7.0 million. This project
listed here is unrestricted. All interested firms may submit a
proposal. The date for receipt of proposals is 28 December 1995 at
