Vlcek, 312/669-5944 Contract term is two (2) years. Work will be done on work orders issued for amounts and types of work. Offer will be a multiplier of the unit prices. Multiplier must contain offeror's overhead, profit and all other costs of doing business. Contract will be for roof repairs and replacement on various postal facilities at predetermined unit prices. Specific work orders will be issued for not less than $500 each nor more than $250,000 each during this contract. Total quanitity of work under this contract will not be less than $10,000 nor more than $300,000. One or more contracts may be awarded at the discretion of the Contracting Officer. Evaluation factors in addition to price will be considered as follows: 1. Postal experience; 2. General experience; 3. Current workload capacity. Contract completion time will be twenty-four (24) months from the date of receipt of Notice to Proceed. Specifications will be available on or about November 21, 1995.
