PRESOLICITATION NOTICE: Contractor is to provide all labor, materials, supplies, equipment and transportation necessary for asphalt concrete paving, base preparation, SB2 backfill, pulverization and blending base, reclamation, stabilization with 6% cement by volume, excavation, tack coat, prime coat, ramping of road intersections, repair of road shoulders with SB2 (crushed stone), geotex underlayment, parking curb stops, pavement striping, painting handicapped logos, undercutting, excavation, backfill, steel culverts, pot hole repairs, and traffic signs. All work is to be performed in accordance with Specifications for Road Repairs and Maintenance, SIOPB-EHE-14, Revision date: 20 Sep 1995. Estimated quantities will be provided with the solicitation packages. Four (4) Option Performance Periods will be applicable. Project is to be completed 90 calendar days after Notice to Proceed. This is and unrestricted acquisition in accordance with Public Law 100-656. Work is to be performed at Pine Bluff Arsenal, Pine Bluff, AR 71602-9500.
