This is an indefinite quantity multi-trade construction project. The work includes miscellaneous interior and exterior alterations and repairs on government facilities. This will be a one-year contract with the option to extend up to two additional years. The estimated cost range is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000 per year with a guarenteed minimum of $250,000 per year. Most delivery orders will be issued within the local jurisdiction of the Navy Public Works Center; however, some work will be ordered within approxiametely a 150 mile radius of the Washington Navy Yard. This proposed contract is unrestricted and open to participation by all interested firms. The Bid Opening Date is on 9 January 1996 at 2:00 pm.
