PRESOLICITAITON NOTICE: Contractor is to provide all labor, materials, supplies, equipement and transportation necessary to replace exsisting boilers located at Bldg. 32-060 with New Government Furnished Packaged Boilers. Work shall include, but is not limited to the following: Demolition and removal of existing boilers; Install new rolling doors; Install concrete platforms for boilers; Transport new boilers to work site; Install new boilers; Install bypass on main steam line outside. Install new lighting in the boiler and compressor room; Clean and paint boiler and compressor room; Test and Inspect all work. Project is to be completed 120 calendar days after Notice to Proceed. This is an unrestricted acquisition in accordance with Public Law 100-656. Work is to be performed at Pine Bluff Arsenal, Pine Bluff, AR 71602-9500. The magnitude of this construction effort is between $250,000 and $500,000. This project is subject to fund availability. All responsible sources may submit an offer which shall be considered.
