Z -- HANDICAPPED ACCESSIBLE HIKING TRAIL, BALL MOUNTAIN LAKE, JAMAICA, VERMONT SOL DACW33-96-B-0006 DUE 011796 POC Jerry Nunziato, 617-647-8424 The work of this project involves the construction of 9,300 LF of gravel-surfaced handicapped accessible hiking trail 2,000 SF of parking lot and 980 CY of a concrete fishing platform. Major items of work include 430 CY of grading/excavation, placing 980 CY of compacted gravel, placing 860 CY of road surface material, and installing five culverts and three concrete drop structures. Other work includes clearing and grubbing, installing 300 LF of wood railing, and installing 330 LF of steel railing. Estimated cost of the work is between $100,000.00 and $250,000.00. Work shall be completed within 150 calendar days. Plans and specifications available on or about 121595 at a cost of $27.00 per set.
