J -- RECURRING FACILITY MAINTENANCE POC For copy, MAIL TO ABOVE ADDRESS include mfg code, For additional information contact Vivian Mcghee/Bc/912-926-7073 This is NOT a presolicitation notice pursuant to FAR Part 5, but is a Source Sought Synopsis for a Potential Small Business Set-Aside Acquisition for a base-level service contract for recurring facility maintenance at Warner Robins Air Logistics Center, Robins AFB, Georgia. The service is preventative maintenance on base facilities, equipment and systems, including but not limited to HVAC systems, water, sewer and industrial waste systems, power production systems, exterior electric and airfield lighting, alarms and electrical systems, and structures (doors, hoists, elevators, bridge cranes). Contractor personnel shall have the necessary certifications and training on applicable facilities, equipment and/or systems before performing any work on the installation. The Request for Proposal will provide for 1 basic contract period of 12 months, and 4 annual option period. The Service of 1965, as amended will be applicable to the work performed thereunder. Respondents to this notice will be sent a DRAFT Performance Work Statement (PWS). U.S. Contractors must provide approved DD form 2345 with their request. Contractors may obtain a DD Form 2345 Certification by contacting Defense Logisitics Service Center, at 1- 800-352-3572. The extent of allowable foreign participation has not been determined. The Government reserves the right to limit such participation subsequently.
