The work includes demolition of all interior and exterior features including asbestos and lead based paint removal. The existing columns and deck structure will remain. New work includes adding balconies for exterior entrances to each room and converting first floor space within each building to unit administrative and supply areas. Supporting facilities include HVAC, utilities, electric service, paving, information systems, site improvements, pavilions with barbecue grills and landscaping.
