58 -- TEST OPERATOR CONTROL PANEL POC Jeff Marshall, LSO-360, Kennedy Space Center, FL 32899. Lockheed Martin Space Operations (LMSO), a NASA prime contractor at Kennedy Space Center (KSC), FL seeks sources capable of providing a Test Operator Control Panel (TOCP), a component of the KU-Band Radar Test Set used to perform system level testing of the Space Shuttles On-Board KU-Band Radar System. The TOCP shall be a VXI C sized card to be housed in a VXI chassis which will be controlled by a slot zero controller. The TOCP provides remote switching capability for external devices as well as serial to parallel conversion of serial data from external devices. All data processed by the TOCP shall be software accessible by the controller via the backplane busses. Switch positions shall also be software accessible by the controller via the backplane. The external devices will interface with the TOCP via connectors on the front panel of the VXI card. The TOCP shall be capable of being serviced for an operational life of 15 years.
