Phila., proposes to procure, on an unrestricted basis, Cardio-Thoracic (CT) Surgery Services at the National Naval Medical Center, Bethesda, MD. The services shall be fixed priced, and encompass the provision of monthly Core CT surgery support services, which encompasses 80 hours per month of CT Surgeon services, 60 hours per week of cardiovascular perfusionist services, 40 hours per week of circulating RN services, and 40 hours of administrative support. In addition, there will be options for additional surge services, which will consist of surgeons, perfusionists and RNS on-call within 45 minutes, and for contingency CT Operating Room Nursing Support. Services will commence on 1 August 1996 and run through 30 September 1996, with up to five, one year options. A firm fixed price contract will be solicited.
