The Bureau of Indian Affairs intends to purchase three 10Hx16W steel control buildings for San Carlos Irrigation Project (SCIP), Coolidge (Pinal County), Arizona. Exterior side panels and roof shall be 16 gauge steel with studs and rafters 16'' on center, insulation R19 or better; paint shall be alkyd multi-purpose metal primer. Interior shall contain 4 fluorescent lights each, contains minimum of 2-120 VAC duplex receptacles. Floor shall be 1 1/8'' CDX, tongue and groove, white vinyl tile; walls 1/2'' tapped and textured gypsum drywall (also for ceiling), insulation R11 or better; ceiling 8' 6''; Accessories: A/C, lighting panel, cable entrance panel, and 16 gauge steel double door using 2 - 3'0'' x 6'8'' doors with 3 point lock system.
