Provide express small package courier service to approximately ninety (90) Peace Corps Posts (World Wide). These services are for daily office pick-up at Headquarters in Washington, DC and office delivery to the designated country, including satellites of the former Soviet Union (i.e. Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan, Turkmenistan, Tajikistan, Armenia, Moldova and the Baltic Republics of Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania), of packages weighing not greater than fifty (50) pounds. Weekends and federal holidays are excluded from delivery service. Offeror is required to have their own office in each country. Period of performance from contract award (o/a 3/1/96) for a two year period. All responsible sources may submit an offer. RFP 96-2 will be available o/a 12/15/95.
