The Public Affairs Office (PAO) of the Defense Nuclear Agency (DNA) has a requirement for contractor support of the processing of Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) requests. Effort objectives include assisting DNA PAO by performing technical and classification reviews of documents generated by DNA programs on nuclear weapons effects and testing, stockpile management, nuclear accident responses, Cooperative Threat Reduction program, arms control and counterproliferation support, Human Radiation Experimentation, as well as Assistant to the Secretary of Defense for Atomic Energy program documents. Contract deliverables will include letters of transmittal, monthly reports, and various file documentation. FAST TRACK procedures are to be used.
