A steel pipe trash rack will protect the south side headworks. One (1) gated 72'' x 48'' CMPA, ditch inlet and one (1) gated 24 in. diameter CMP sluice will comprise the headworks; a 150' long by 10' wide lower water crossing. Approximate quantities are: excavation 4,600 CY; fill and backfill 1,950 CY; bedding material 45 CY; apron riprap 215 CY; filter fabric 1,775 SY, wire wrapped riprap 355 CY; rockfilled gabions 1,300 CY; 24'' dia CMP-17' long; 71''x44'' CMPA-105' long; 24: irrigation gate, 72'' x 48'' irrigation gate; 4'' base course 170 SY; 4'' hot mix 170 SY; send section 75'' x 44'' 8 each; end sections 42'' x 29'' 4 each; and miscellaneous angle iron and guard railing.
