Phila., proposes to procure, on an unrestricted basis, Emergency Room/Primary Care Clinic services at the Naval Hospital Bremerton, WA. The services shall encompass the establishment, operation of, and management of a 24 hour a day, 365 days a year Level II Emergency Room and a Primary Care Clinic (PCC) at the Naval Hospital Bremerton, WA. PCC services shall be provided from 0700 to 2100 Mon. through Fri., 0830 to 1630 on Saturdays, Sundays, and Federal Holidays. Services shall include all clinical as well as administrative support necessary to mange the patient flow of eligible beneficiaries. Services shall consist of a base year covering services from 1 October 1996 through 30 September 1997, with four, one year options. A firm fixed price contract will be solicited. The solicitation will require the submission of cost/price and technical proposals. The SIC Code is 8011, the size standard $5M.
