This synopsis notice is ''Sources Sought'', no solicitation is presently available for distribution. Interested contractors are to provide information showing previous contracting history for similiar work described herein. These services will include: Management of major weapon system safety program; development of system safety program plans; perform safety hazard analyses; perform hardware and software safety evaluations and safety engineering; recommend solutions to safety issues; and maintain a safety hazard tracking system. The contractor shall prepare safety program data for approval by the Software System Safety Technical Review Panel (SSSTRP) and the Weapon System Explosive Safety Review Board (WSESRB); resolve safety issues; perform system safety analyses; perform failure mode effect and criticality analyses; perform software systems analyses and coordinate/support safety programs through approval by the SSSTRP and WSESRB.
