The contract period is 2/16/96 - 2/15/97 with two (2) one-year renewal options. Hours of operation are 6:30 AM - 6:00 PM, Monday - Friday. Approximately 700 vehicles daily will be addressed by the contractor. Parking areas involved are identified on drawings enclosed with the solicitation package. The proposed contract is 100% set-aside for small business concerns. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the agency. A narrative technical proposal responding to the Evaluation Factors outlined in the solicitation and a price proposal will be submitted in separate envelopes. Estimated solicitation issue date is December 22, 1995. Estimated proposal due date is January 22, 1996 (C.O.B.).
