Co-Manifested Spacecraft and Experiments. In addition to OSC's
dedicated launch manifest, shared flight opportunities on NASA and
other government contracts are available to a variety orbits on Taurus
and Pegasus launch systems at a rate of 3 launches per year beginning
in 1998 until 2000. OSC invites organizations with potential
spacecraft and experiments requiring low cost access to space on either
a ``scheduled'' or ``space available'' basis launch are invited to
indicate their interest by submitting a proposal. Interested
organizations should indicate the following in your reply: spacecraft
or experiment mission description; weight; dimensions; interfaces; firm
or flexible launch date; and preferred and acceptable orbit range.
Interested organizations possessing the capability to use these
opportunities should submit their bids by NLT January 30, 1996 in order
to be considered. Proposals will be evaluated and selected based on
best value, mission compatibility with the co-manifested payload, and
