Participation is open to all categories of organizations, including industry, educational institutions, nonprofit organizations, corporations, NASA Centers, and other Government aent agencies. This solicitation will be open through March 27, 1996, proposals may be submitted throughout this period. Beginning December1995, the NASA Research Announcement (NRA) will be available elecronically from the NASA FTP server. You can connect from an Internet host with the command ''ftp ftp.hq.nasa.gov.'' You should use ''anonymous'' for the user name and enter your email address for the password. Files containing the NRA and the Appendices are located in a directory entitled ''/pub/astrophysichysics/NRAs/UV_Visible/Detector''.
