HISPEED ADVANTAGE COMPUTERIZED TOMOGRAPHY SCANNER SOL N00259-96-Q-0048 DUE 122695 POC Glenda Abalos, 619/532-8084, Contracting, Officer, Mike Nye, 619/532-8088 Service and maintenance contract for General Electric Hispeed Advantage Computerized Tomography Scanner to include the following components: Hispeed Advantage Genesis Console (Model 46-301000613, Serial 184784CN7), HSA Table Base Plate-Less (Model 46-29610063, Serial 184639CN3), HSA Gantry Base Plate- less (Model 46-29600064, Serial 184825CN8), SCU w/ Fiber Optic FEP (Model 46- 32700763, Serial 184603CN9), Dry Type Power Transformer (Model 2874H3DA, Serial D6186-488), Hispeed Advantage PDU (Model 46-327106G1, Serial 184794CN6), and MCT/Angiographic Injector (Model 990E, Serial LR42436). Also to include two (2) preventive maintenance inspections and corrective maintenance 7 days a week, 24 hour coverage. Location will be at the Naval Medical Center San Diego. Period will be from 1 Jan 96 through 29 Feb 96. A Request for Quotations will be issued. Oral and faxed quotations will be accepted. Solicitation response deadline is 26 Dec 95. The anticipated award date is 29 Dec 95. This is a sole source requirement for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source.
