70 -- SOFTWARE LICENSE AND SUPPORT POC Joanne Tarr, Tel: 410-965-9474 The Social Security Administration is attempting to identify vendors that can provide for the license and support/maintenance of the following SAS Institute Incorporated proprietary software products for an initial one year period, with options for additional 5 years: SAS/BASE, SAS/GRAPH, SAS/FSP, SAS/STAT, SAS/ETS, SAS/ASSIST, SAS/CONNECT, SAS/IML, SAS/CBT101, SAS/ACCESS FOR DB2, SAS/C and SAS/CF. The referenced SAS Software is currently licensed and installed on the Social Security Administration's (SSA) mainframe systems located in the National Computer Center in Baltimore, Maryland. Vendors capable of providing the required software license and support thereof are invited to submit complete information, product descriptions, brochures, and GSA schedules(if applicable) about their product. Interested parties must respond to this notice in writing within 15 calendar days from the date of this publication. PLEASE REFER TO SASJT96 when responding to this announcement. This is a request for product information only, NOT a Request for Proposal(RFP). No contract award will be made on the basis of responses received; however, this information will be used in SSA's assessment of capable sources.
