Z -- COMPLETE WATER WELL ''A'' FACILITY 644 AT DOVER AIR FORCE BASE, DE LAWARE SOL F07603-96-B8204 DUE 012696 POC Robert Smith, Contract Specialist, 302-677-5208. This project consists essentially of, but is not limited to, the completion of new well ''A'' at facility 644 by connecting the completed well to the existing water distribution system, constructing a well house and fence, including the installation of an emergency generator and other electrical work. Project will also include the demolition of old well ''A'' at facility 606 and removal of applicable piping near facility 610. It also includes the removal of control cabling from the old well ''A'' to facility 610 and the installation of control cabling from the new well ''A'' to facility 610. Contract performance period is 180 calendar days. The magnitude of this project is between $250,000.00 and $500,000.00. Standard Industril Code (SIC) is 1781. This solicitation will be issued as an unrestricted procurement. All responsible sources may submit a bid which will be considered by the agency.
