The project consists essentially of, but is not limited to, the removal of the existing built-up roof and replacement with a standing seam metal roof (including lighting protection system) on building 1306. Work includes all associated mechanical and electrical work required for a complete and functional building. Work also includes abatement and disposal of asbestos containing roofing material. Lead based coatings may be encountered during work, however, lead abatement is not included in this work. The Standard Industrial Code (SIC) is 1761. This solicitation will be issued as an unrestricted procurement. All responsible sources may submit a bid which will be considered by the agency. Performance period is 180 calendar days. The magnitude of this project is between $100,000.00 and $250,000.00.
