COREY, (215)697-9734 Notification is hereby given of the Government's intention to Solicit Litton Systems Inc., Guidance & Control Systems Division of Salt Lake City, UT for the purpose of negotiating a two-year contract to provide engineering, maintenance and training services required for the AN/ASM608 Inertial Measuring Unit Test Set (IMUTS) which supports a variety of aircraft, including the E2, F18, A6, and EA6. The period of performance is 1 July 96 through 30 June 98. Contractor representation is required at each of the following sites: Norfolk, VA, Miramar, CA, and Whidbey Island, WA. The statutory authority permitting use of other than full and open competition is 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1), Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements, as implemented by FAR 6.302-1. This notice is not a request for competitive propoosals. All responsible sources may submit a technical capability proposal which shall be considered by the FISC Norfolk Philadelphia Detachment; however, the Government will not pay for any information received.
