R -- SOLE SOURCE MODIFICATION TO COMPLETE INTEGRATION SUPPORT TO DECADE POC Ms. Cynthia Brice, Contract Specialist, (703) 325-6628, Mr. Daniel R. Gonzales, Contracting Officer, (703) 325-6684. The Defense Nuclear Agency (DNA) intends to issue a sole source modification to the existing Contract Number DNA001-91-C-0037. This contract is with Kaman Sciences Corporation for DECADE Systems Integration Support. This modification will provide for the completion of the existing systems engineering and integration support of deployment of the DECADE simulator. The contractor will finalize the facility readiness review, test plan, Ops manuals and switch technology assessment to coincide with the IOC schedule of the DECADE facility contractor. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. Any other firm desiring consideration must fully identify its capability to perform this requirement within 15 days of the date of this notice by submitting specific technical capability. All responses received within 15 days after publication of this synopsis will be considered by the government solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
